Highly motivated and enthusiastic real-estate specialist, I am currently focusing on the valuation and development of non-residential investment properties. Of a curious nature, I am not afraid to take risks nor to pursue my passion. This led me to switch from a Corporate Finance career to the Real-Estate industry in 2018. To consolidate my expertise, I qualified at the Institut d’Etudes Immobilières of Geneva in 2019. I am particularly interested by development projects and by any topics linked to the development zone of Geneva.
My current role involves the following tasks:
• Crafting of real estate investments portfolios in accordance with specific targets (performance seeked, risk, activity or asset allocation, etc)
• Valuation of non-residential properties and development projects in view of possible acquisition and/or value monitoring
• Financing and refinancing of real estate properties or development projects
• Development of business plans for each asset under management or development project and monitoring of its implementation, in accordance with portfolio strategy
• Analysis of the performance of each building leading to decisions on arbitrage (asset disposals/ repositioning of asset/ development) and their implementation
• Preparation of performance reporting of real estate portfolio for investors
